Nesso is a small town with 1200 inhabitants, the house is located at 850 m. about 10 m. walk from the first service center (bar, restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store). I know of public car parks in this area.
It's no easy from Lugano....maybe is better LUGANO CHIASSO COMO with train ..and from Como there are buses.
It's difficult... from Lugano to Menaggio with bus....Menaggio Bellagio with ferry and Bellagio Nesso with bus
